Charisma Carpenter

Charisma Carpenter is a famous American actor, best known for her performance as "Cordelia Chase" in the famous teen show "Buffy The Vampire Slayer' and 'Angel.' Though she is a ballerina who has been trained and professionally trained as a cheerleader Carpenter was a performer only through chance. Carpenter was discovered in Los Angeles by a commercial agency when she was seated at tables, swiftly transitioned from model to acting in one of the most successful dramas in the late 90s. In the years following her time on 'Cordelia,' Carpenter played short stints on teens' shows such as 'Miss Match,' 'Charmed and 'Veronica Mars. A reality TV show called 'Investigation Discovery "Surviving Evil' (originally titled 'I Survived Evil'), was a shock to many. The show highlighted Carpenter revealing her horrific account of being raped by a serial killer when she was just 21. This series revealed a unique part of Carpenter to a lot of viewers.
